Coach Aubrey will evaluate your swimming, biking and/or running technique remotely using the same type of video analysis he uses on himself and and many other athletes. The videos will be taken by you, sent to Coach Aubrey, and he will provide an assessment of your current technique including strengths and areas of opportunity, as well as workouts, stretches, and changes you can make to become a stronger, faster triathlete.
Swim Specific: Coach will look at your stroke from multiple angles to make sure you are using you energy efficiently.
Bike Specific: Coach will use a bike specific software to check your bike fit and form. He will send you all the changes you need to make in order to ride more aerodynamically and efficiently.
Run Specific: Coach will look at four videos of your run to see exactly how he can implement changes to help you become a better runner.
